When you create an AI agent, we collect your business name, website URL, business description, and website content through our web crawler.

Visitor Conversation Data

When visitors interact with your embedded chat widget, we collect:

• Chat messages between visitors and your AI agent
• Visitor-provided contact information (name, email, phone, company)
• Anonymous visitor identifiers (randomly generated, not personally identifiable)
• Page URL and referrer information
• Browser user agent string

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Clerk Billing via Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our service
• To power AI conversations between your agent and website visitors
• To capture and score leads on your behalf
• To send you email notifications about new leads
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To improve our service and develop new features

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Anthropic — conversation messages are sent to Claude AI for generating responses
• Clerk — authentication and billing
• Convex — database hosting
• Resend — email delivery for notifications
• Vercel — application hosting

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@leadpilot.chat.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Export your data (available via CSV export in-app)

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Our chat widget uses localStorage to maintain a visitor identifier for conversation continuity. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
