How do I embed the widget on my website?

Go to your agent's detail page, click the "Embed" tab, and copy the script tag. Paste it into your website's HTML before the closing </body> tag.

How do I upgrade or change my plan?

Go to Settings > Plan & Billing in your dashboard and click "Upgrade Plan" or "Manage Billing" to change your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your billing settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How does the conversation limit work?

Each new visitor chat counts as one conversation. Your limit resets every 30 days from your billing cycle start date.
