2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use LeadPilot. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LeadPilot to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Collect information from visitors without appropriate legal basis
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

LeadPilot offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.

• Exceeding plan limits may result in service restrictions
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI agents generate responses based on your business information and website content. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
• You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of your agent's training data
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• You should not use AI agents for medical, legal, or financial advice

6. Data Ownership

• Your Data: You own your business information, agent configurations, and lead data
• Visitor Data: You are the data controller for information collected from your website visitors
• Our Service: We retain ownership of the LeadPilot platform, technology, and intellectual property

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of LeadPilot complies with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR if applicable) and for providing appropriate privacy notices to your website visitors.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
